- SITE SURVEY
Following
the initial consultation, the designer will decide on
the appropriate site survey. It may be simple - just
a measurement of key demensions and a quick note of
aspect.
Alternatively,
a detailed site survey showing types and position of
existing plants, prevailling wind direction, patterns
of sunshine and shade, soil structure etc. may be required.
Usually,
the more information gathered during the site survey,
the easier the design stage becomes.
